Good management and staff.Close Shopping.Clean building.Safety measures in place.Laundry(3.$)a load. Friendly neighbors.Dillegent maintenance and house cleaning staff. Affordable rent though Home Forward.All in all Id say I like it here , even applied for a part time job position in the building.Todd S.Williams Feb. 2026

I have been happy here 6 years so far, and the apartments are clean, bug free and immediately controlled should there be a problem. The buildings location is a bit of a problem, because it is located on SW Main St. right in the middle of the block between 10th and 11th. On 10th side is the Art Museum and a block from the beautiful park blocks. It is calm and peaceful on 10th, for the most part. On the 11th St. side, it is usually chaos, with arguements, screaming and yelling 24 hours a day, and general discontent anytime of day, everyday, and can be unnerving. Generally though, a nice place to live.

Such a pretty building…now almost a quarter of a century old. Its aged well for its street level context.
