St. Andrews Pointe Apartments

Have been here for almost 2 weeks now. It's nice, quiet, people are friendly. The building and grounds are well taken care of. After the application, the whole process took about a month and we were in the apartment. The rent is very affordable. Kenia in the office, is responsive and friendly. Maintenance also works fast. Thank you for making this place nice.

Apartments are beautifully sized, washer/dryer availability, grounds always up kept, maintenance requests fulfilled quickly, elaborately, and professionally, as well as keeps you updated with the process of ok t all, and rental works with your income. Initial rental and renewal process is extensive and overwhelming at times, but worth it when you are in your home. Leasing office is overwhelming and hard to get accurate answers, just be persistent and your answers will be obtained

Maintenance guys and staff are understanding and very accommodating this place is great to live it is near all convenience stores and Publix McDonald's great if you don't have a car it's like it's on Little City here

I love living here!!! The maintenance team is top notch and gets things fixed right away!! The front office is kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help their residents. Top notch!!! Very appreciated all the way around!
