St. Andrews Apartments

Five stars for the staff at St. Andrews Apartments! From the initial tour with Rylei to the move-in process, everything is seamless. The maintenance team is also incredible—any time a request is put it, it’s handled quickly. It’s rare to find a complex that truly cares about its residents, but you’ll find that at St. Andrews. The grounds are kept beautiful and the neighbors are very respectful. Mary Lee in the office is always so positive and helpful with anything that is needed!

I normally don’t post any complaints or reviews online. But I have to post this one. These apartments are wonderful, it’s a very safe place to live. The office staff are wonderful. My only complaint is the people that live above me.. They walk around every day like elephants, like they don’t realize or care that anybody lives underneath them. We are realists my husband and I, and when someone has kids, we understand that and it’s very difficult to keep the kids quiet We understand that, but when you have a 9 to 10-year-old and a 15 year-old, you would think that they would be able to tell their children to be a little bit more quieter. So this hasn’t been a wonderful experience for us, and knowing that it’s only a hiccup for us in our lives we are going to tolerate the insensitivity of ot

All I can say is that it’s been comfortable living here. It’s a very nice small apartment complex. But I will tell you the problem that we have is with our neighbors above us. They are not considerate of anybody. The loud running around and banging on the floor Has gotten to be overwhelming at times. Reached out to management and inquired about it and was told to record it. You can’t record stuff like that it’s ongoing all day long. Then they say there’s quiet time from from 10 o’clock at night to seven in the morning, well The people above me really don’t practice that. So all I can say is make sure if you’re getting a first floor apartment that you do your due diligence to find out if possible if the neighbors above you walk around their apartment like elephants. My wife and I love the apartments because of the staff! Mary Lee is always such a positive and pleasant person to be around. We highly recommend!

The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The activities and events that they regularly have there have always been one of my kids favorite things to do!
