Srs Real Estate

Lived in an apartment owned by SRS for 4 years. While there were a few concerns the main one was that the door to the building was frequently broken/ unlocked with little care/ attention given to the matter. Eventually after days of prodding the lock would be “fixed” only to break again shorty thereafter. I don’t know why the door was never replaced or more attention wasn’t given. I took the attached photo one day on my way out for an international trip. Basically just crossed my fingers that my apartment wouldn’t be broken into. Really feels unethical to collect money from tenants and not respond proportionately to this.

We have rented from SRS real estate for the last two years and highly recommend their properties. They are always timely to respond to maintenance requests and take good care of their apartments. If you are looking for a rental agency in the city I recommend them to any friend looking for a place. Eric helped us to find the best apartment for us - he is the best agent we have worked with. Shaina was always ready to help when an issue arose (not often). Thanks again for making our time in Philly great.

As far as management companies go, no complaints about SRS. They've always been very responsive about maintenance requests and follow up to make sure everything has been taken care of.
