Living in a home by Square Peg Rents has changed my life as a college student for the better. Thanks to Mr. Jon & Monique Rizzo I am living in luxury. How many people can say that... in college! I feel incredibly safe in my home and all of the appliances are new and beautiful. Jon and Monique are always a phone call away if anything does need fixing (which is rare). They respond quickly and efficiently. I truly believe that because of how comfortable I feel in my home my GPA has risen. Rent with Square Peg... I promise you will not regret it! I love being a tenant of SquarePeg Rents LLC! Though I’m only going into my 2nd year of residency, my sister being a previous tenant it feels like I have been here forever. Mr. Jon & Monique Rizzo are not only always there when you need them but they keep their projects up to date to make sure you are always comfortable and living lavish. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Square Peg Rents LLC. They build homes near campus with modern touches and luxurious appliances. Each home that the landlord and his wife has built was made with love, care, and precision! I lived in two of their homes and never had a single problem with it or the landlord himself. He respects your privacy since you live there. Whenever he schedules maintenance, he texts the group 24hours in advance if not earlier. Every now and then, his wife will send out friendly reminders to pay your half before the due date which is nice ! As a college student, it’s easy to get caught up in things and forget something so important such as rent so I thought that was very considerate of her. Landlords really don’t have to do that ! My name is Willie Phillips and I am a resident on 1241 37th st. Before I moved in I use to live in a apartment complex that’ had many problems and didn’t really care about their residents. The difference moving to this wonderful house was it looks better, feels better. I can tell Mr. Jon Rizzo took his time and put a lot of money into your homes. I am blessed to be living in this 2020 house!! Mr. Rizzo also cares about his residents and I could tell that from when’s i first met him. Movin here to 1241 37th St. was a great decision and it makes me feel like I’m living somewhere in California.
