Spyglass Seaside

Amazing complex. The cleanest, newest rooms on the entirety of James Island. High ceilings in each apartment are very underrated, it'll change your life. Great neighbors, vibrant setting, lots of active & friendly people. The clubhouse, pool and gym are impeccably maintained and feel like a resort. And of course the wonderful property managers Brooke, Mary and Jessie are a big part of why I chose to move here. Overall a wonderfully positive and welcoming vibe.

I love it here. You cannot beat getting home from work and taking a deep breath of ocean air. I have broken a personal record for number of weekday trips to the beach this past summer and can’t to break that record next summer. From the Beach, to Downtown Charleston and proximity to James Island County Park- it’s the perfect location. Also I really appreciate the highly responsive maintenance team Grant and Jesse. They go above and beyond to upkeep everything, including ensuring the premium grills are in tip-top shape. The pool is what you would encounter at a nice resort and the gym is well appointed. It’s definitely luxury and super dog friendly. My black lab is a huge fan of the doggy Spa area. This is a real review lol, I have actually done all of these things here.

We recently moved into Spyglass Seaside and we have had such an amazing experience. Jessie was so helpful with our entire move in process, making everything as quick and easy as possible. Living here has been a breath of fresh air with the amount of nature and beautiful walkable areas around the property. We have felt comfortable and welcome by everyone here. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested!

Had a tour with Jessie and cannot thank her enough for all of the information she provided! Very well knowledgeable in all aspects of the property and what they have to offer and any fees applicable. She even went above and beyond to give stellar recommendations for everything to do within the area near the property! 10/10 experience and very happy with the customer service

We love living at Spyglass and have done so for the past several years. The location can't be beat and the amenities are fantastic (our favorite is the 55,000 gallon saltwater pool.) The staff is wonderful and prompt to respond to any requests. Especially Mary, the property manager. She is quick to get back whenever something is needed and always a joy to interact with. Highly recommend!
