Signed my lease and got the keys to my new place last weekend! Jay is an excellent leasing agent, and I believe he is also one of the property managers/assistant managers. His customer service is excellent! I don't take time to write reviews often, but this was exceptional service. I'd stayed in other WestCorp properties before, but Spur by far made the process the most seamless. Upon move-in, the unit was in good condition, no pests and no grime. Jay and the team at Spur are quick about addressing any questions and concerns as well. Recommend for reasonably-priced, upgraded apartments, with quartz kitchens and hardwood floors.

Gracie was wonderful. My boyfriend and I showed up without an appointment and she was able to drop everything and show us around. She spent a lot of time ensuring she showed us what we might like. We were able to find a unit we loved and she got us started on the process. We were approved in less than a week. We're so excited to move in soon and are very happy with our decision. Jay and the leasing staff were incredibly helpful in making our move-in process smooth and stress-free. The unit looked amazing when my boyfriend and I walked in on move-in day. The community is quiet, gated, and feels very safe. We’re really enjoying our unit so far!

My experience was very professional. Our tour with Jai was knowledge and fun. He is an excellent representation of #spur. Answered all my question with a smile. Moving from out of state can be scary but he made us feel very comfortable.i love it here.
