Sprucewood Commons Apartments

I have lived here for 5 years and this place has become a nightmare. Our management is never in the office and when they are they tell us that our complaints and concerns they aren't their problem "this is a business" said by Sabrina Bailey. Work in my apartment has gone undone for over 2 years now. The neighbors are horrible, dogs run all over the complex, Our parking lot is horrible, we have large amounts of people selling hard drugs as well as domestic violence incidents. We feel unsafe and completely uncared for. We have reached out to corporate and nothing has been done. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Holly has been an amazing manager the best one we have ever had.. keep up the amazing work and our maintenance Frank as been doing amazing repairs on our apartments. We are blessed to have such hard working people that have been trying to keep up with the neglect that we have endured in the past couple of years they need gold stars for all of their hard and amazing work plus the amount of progress!

The new management lady evicted my son for no reason and never gave him a chance to get his paperwork together. I loved Kim cause she was an awesome landlord. I understood her!

Well, Ive lived in this complex for about 8 yrs or so. Police are constantly making rounds which is a plus, not that there all good but for the most part. The manager Kim is very nice and helpful. Now for the cons. They only have like two maintenance people that bounce from place to place and open 2 days a week. So getting something fixed can take quite a long time. The apts have potential and can be really nice.They are pritty spacey as well. The three bedrooms apts have 2 restrooms. 1 with a toilet and sink, the other with the same with added bathtub.

Would give 0 stars. Tenants get away with harassing other tenants due to the landlord(Kim) not caring at all. She told me herself she only comes to work because she can't live off of what they would give her for retirement. Very poor quality apartments as well, I moved in with broken screens in two rooms, and none at all in the master bedroom. I informed her as my responsibility, and it's beyond passed the 30 days she should've had that fixed. Very sad place.
