Spruce Street Apartments

This is honestly the worst apartment I have ever lived in, and I wish no one has to go through what I have gone through in the last year. Arlee, who I assume is the manager is a terrible property manager who has a short temper. Any time I have had a call with Arlee she has been very rude and dismissive. She has no interest in actually helping any of her tenants in feeling safe or clean with own property. Also, when I moved in it was the filthiest apartment I have ever seen. All of the doors are broken, the closet door is broken, there are broken/no screen doors for both windows. (Which I put in a maintenance request back in August/September) and they never fulfilled that request. If I could a negative rating, I would. These people are slum lords. There used to be a slew of negative review, but magically those have disappeared. When I arrived at the property, it was both dirty and riddled with damage. Any service request took actual months to complete. I moved in with a broken garbage disposal, it didn't get fixed till July. Rent was always an issue even if paid on time. The staff were surly and uncompromising when called for any troubleshooting. They jammed in random fees for nothing.
