Springwood Builders LLC

I've had Springwood Builders do some work on my house a few different times the past 5 years. Once to fix my basement stairs, another to realign my entryway door to get them to seal up tighter for winter. Recently I had my driveway and walkway replaced and needed someone to rebuild the front stairs to my front porch. On very short notice, Peter sent a couple of skilled guys out and rebuilt the steps and railing very quickly, just like it was before (see before pics and a few after pics).

The Springwood builders team was very pleasant and professional to work with — they did a beautiful job on our new bedroom/bathroom addition and existing bathroom renovation and they completed the project on budget and on schedule. Owner Peter was very easy to work with and always quick to respond. We would absolutely work with him again on future projects and highly recommend Springwood builders to anyone else in search of a builder.

Peter and his crew were great to work with. The job was completed on time - even with me bugging them with questions throughout the day. We will definitely hire Springwood Builders again when the need arises.

This was my first time working with Springwood Builders and it was a smooth and well coordinated process from start to finish. I hired Peter and his team to re-shingle the roof and build/paint soffits & fascia on my house. They also completely re-flashed the chimney. The quality of their workmanship on all aspects of this project was simply outstanding and their attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Not to mention, when they had completed the project they left the job site so clean you'd never know that they had been there! I highly recommend Springwood Builders and will definitely hire them again when the need arises.

Excellent work replacing cedar shingles and underlying structure. Had to add to the original estimate due to running into significant damage due to carpenter ants. Work was done in a professional and timely manner.
