Springs at La Grange

I've lived here for about a year and a half and I don't have many complaints. The rent is affordable compared to other places in the city (my fiance and I share a one bedroom). The maintenance, especially Rob, is great! I've never had any foundational problems with the space. The front office is super helpful, especially Casey. I have gotten a couple noise complaints and I think they're from playing my music too loud in the shower, so in that regard be mindful of neighbors. Overall, it's a great place to live!

By far, the best apartments we’ve ever lived in! Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, which there aren’t many anyway! The whole office staff is amazing! Due to the pandemic, social distancing makes it hard to meet neighbors but the community feel still makes up for it! Wouldn’t pick anywhere else to live for apartments!

Well maintained quiet pet friendly complex. Chlaudine especially helpful along with Rob in maintenance. Appreciate the security gate and enjoyed feeling safe in the area. Highly recommend this community.

Worst move-out experience I have ever had, and I’ve lived in a lot of apartments. As soon as I gave my notice to leave, it was like a switch flipped and the leasing office became downright rude, condescending and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like it. My stay here was decent until move-out, and now it has been completely soured. The office has made multiple errors with my account and charged me hundreds of dollars in damages for normal wear and tear items after THANKING ME during my walkthrough for leaving the apartment in such a “terrific condition”. I can only imagine what they charge everyone else. They go in with a UV light after you leave and charge you for marks on the wall that aren’t even visible to the naked eye. Having lived here now for four years, I feel it is time to give this place a review. This is nice quiet place to live and the staff are terrific. Casey, Claudine and Chris are wonderful and the new maintenance tech, Rob is a wonderful addition to the roster. Would I recommend this place, yes I would. I have read through some of the reviews and to me it seems as though some people live in an alternate universe as I have not had any negative experiences to do with the staff or the facility.
