Springs at Hurstbourne

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after living here for over a year, I feel it’s important to share my experience for anyone considering this property… One of my biggest concerns was the gate being nonfunctional for a long stretch of my residency. During this time, my neighbor’s car was broken into — something that likely could have been prevented if the gate had been operating as advertised. Knowing that an amenity meant to provide security wasn’t functioning for so long was unsettling and frustrating. I also dealt with several major maintenance issues that were either delayed or never fully resolved. This included pests, mold, window screens that caused a heavy draft, a toilet that consistently malfunctioned, a leaking/dripping sink, and the list goes on. Some of these concerns raise

Been here roughly 8 months. Love this place. Community is friendly, complex is clean, and the staff is awesome. They took great care of us and the parking lot during the snow storm we got. They communicate well to the tenants and kept us updated on the gate situatoin. Overall, 5 stars. Love living here. Got a small gym if I want to get a quick exercise, pool to jump in to cool off, and plenty of room to go for a walk. Appreciate the hard work the maintenance crew does as well as how friendly the staff is at the leasing office. Nothing is perfect, but they do a good job of handling situations promptly and taking care of the tenants! Thanks for everything ya'll do :)

No apartment complex is perfect, but I absolutely adore the maintenance crew here. When I moved into my apartment a few weeks ago I put in a work order for the ice maker in the refrigerator which wasn't working. To my shock someone showed up within an hour and it was after 5:00 p.m. They had it fixed immediately, and also fixed the light in the living room when I mentioned the pull chain was loose. They're just the nicest guys every time I interact with them. Prompt, friendly and professional.

New resident here and The Springs at Hurstborne has already exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with my apartment as well as the staff. Whether it was Daron fixing a maintenance issue up within a day or two or Timothy the acting community manager getting the pool reopened after the pump broke down - the entire staff here is really on the ball. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone else.
