The apartments, community and amenities are beautiful, and always well maintained. I lived in this community for two years, first in a one-bedroom/one-bath apartment and later in a two-bedroom/two-bath, and I highly recommend these apartments. The location is excellent, centrally located with the beach just 10 minutes away, the mall 2 minutes away, and the hospital only 5 minutes away, which is especially convenient for those working in healthcare. The community is kid and pet-friendly, calm, and quiet. During my time here, I never experienced any chaos or disturbances. The leasing team, Kelsey, Zoe, and Taylor—were professional, helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. I strongly advise anyone considering this complex to read all the negative reviews carefully — they are accurate. My experience with Hibiscus Crossing has been extremely frustrating and felt completely dishonest. I applied on November 10th with every required document. More than a week after receiving an approval email, management suddenly began asking for documents I had already submitted. This happened repeatedly, and it became clear that these delays were intentional. By November 19th — just three days before my scheduled move-in on November 22nd — they were still requesting the same documents, making the move-in impossible. When I asked to push the move-in date to November 29th, I was told that the rent would increase by $700 simply because of the date change. This felt like an attem

They will, upon you leaving, add an exorbitant amount of charges onto your “tab” for normal wear and tear. Like charging me $1000 for LITERAL NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR on a property when I guarantee they make a crap load of money off everyone is RIDICULOUS!! What is a security deposit for then huh? Making me replace a walk way entrance stair carpet amongst other things and MAKE YOU PAY $500 for PrOFesSiONaL cleaning then add $1000 worth of charges after is absolutely disgusting as a business practice, especially in THIS ECONOMY. DO NOT RENT HERE if you can avoid it. I hate nasty corporate practices like this and you should too. Don’t stand for it! They also wayyy over charge for rent and use an algorithmic system to set prices, which is becoming illegal in most states. It’s actually ridiculous

Good community. Lots of engineering, responsible people. Everything is new. Staff are very friendly. Pool is heated, only wish the gym had a recumbent exercise bike and not the one that gives men groin pains. Maybe a hot-tub would be nice. Coffee is on demand at the front office. Very nice lobby that can be rented. Internet is provided by AT&T, competively priced ranging from 100-1000 mbps.

Property beautiful, Amenities always clean & fresh. Move in process was smooth. Could not have been done without Taylor. She is a true professional and always willing to help. From the first time we spoke during our virtual tour until move in date and beyond she has been a great help and always made my family feel welcomed and at home. She is simply the best.
