Springmarc Apartments

I’ve had this apartment for almost 8 months now. I’m a first time renter and I’m also new to San Marcos, so this was a new experience for me. Overall a great experience. Very peaceful and quiet place; I hardly ever hear any noise as the walls are thick and neighbors are respectful of others. The scenery is nice as my patio has a nice view of the woods. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a modern look inside. No mold nor no bug issue whatsoever. The complex has a clean and solid infrastructure. Maintenance here is very fast. Requests are always taken care in a timely manner. My favorite part is the shuttle; there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment complex making it very convenient. I also feel very safe in this apartment; no strange activity or cars. There’s a mix

So there is many things to complain about. First there pool was always over used with people throwing parties. My family tried numerous times to swim on Saturdays and we couldn’t. Second the residents that throw those parties like to use the BBQ grill. These fools never cleaned it after using it. Filthy and dirty with leftover food residue. Another thing that’s filthy and dirty is the fact that some residents don’t like to pick up after the dogs when they are supposed to. It says it in there lease. Here’s an idea evict them out if they don’t pick up after their dogs. No warnings no nothing. It’s in their lease to pick up after the dogs. I should’ve taken pictures and Sent them to the local news sites or the health department. Now onto the staff. Yeah they suck too. I lived at other apart

I lived at Springmarc for the last two years of my undergrad at Texas State University, and I can honestly say it was one of the best housing decisions I made. While I’m speaking from the perspective of a younger student, everything I’ve experienced here also makes it a great choice for older individuals and families. First, the maintenance team is phenomenal. I never had a request take longer than 48 hours, and most were completed the very next day—sometimes even the same morning. They also do an excellent job of keeping the property clean and well-maintained at all times. The pool, gym, leasing office, and dog park are always in great condition. New resident here 👋🏾 I've been in my apartment for about 5 days now, and I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review-just to make sure everything was truly in perfect condition like it first seemed. And let me tell you, it's actually better! This is the first apartment I've ever moved into where I didn't even need to fill out a unit condition form-everything was spotless from the start. I also work in property management, so trust me, I notice everything! Maritza is an absolute gem. I had a very kind and supportive transition into my first apartment, after a while… and Maritza was so genuine and helpful in every way. All the staff is very on top on things and same with the maintenance crew! My apartment was very clean upon move in.
