I love Oakwood Homes. Madison and her sales crew were always available to help me in the design and building process. It was seamless and when or if a problem came up, they were always available to help me get the issue resolved. This was the second new home I built in 4 years and this experience was a millions times better than my previous building experience. Have been in the home for three years now and have had no major issues. Can’t recommend Oakwood homes and Madison highly enough

We love our new home and community! All the activities give us a real sense of belonging. The exercise classes are wonderful and a way to make new friends and stay healthy. There are clubs and activities to suit everyone. We try to engage in all the activities but there is just too many. What a luxury to have!

New Active 55+ community in Daybreak recently started construction and will build out over 400 new homes. Private Community Center and pool, dedicated Activities Director, plus all of Daybreak's amenities, including over 30 miles of bicycle and walking trails, numerous parks, and an expansive fitness and meeting center.
