this is inside one the apartments here at Springfield as we speak there mold there a lot police here there people here with warrants and Landord does nothing about let see the apartments are really not livable there guy name Tony maintenance guy he touches his tents. Also people trying on the lawn here well kids are outside the apartments need be shut down !!!!!!!! They are so neglected it’s not funny why have people live here and not fixing up nothing real worrying bout fixing doors should be worried about fixing apartments also my heater in my living case been off since I lived here there mold in my daughter room also there use be mice and roaches . Listen do not rent from them till they fix up and look nicer !!!!!!’n they are neglected !!!!!!!!!!!

They lie, they cheat, and they steal; there is no hot water when you want it, if you are 20 seconds late with the rent they send eviction notices every five minutes to long time renters, and also they invent phantom late fees not on the lease and try to charge more $$. Oh, and by the way the bathtub never drains, the washing machine has been broke down for 4 days and they never answer the phone. Rent from someplace else would be the best idea. Oh, and by the way there is no on site laundry service. The washer/dryer in the basement do NOT take quarters, they do take a plastic card(load it or put $ on it) well 6 months ago the card machine broke. Soon they removed the machine from the premises instead of fixing it. So for the last 6 months there's been NO on site Laundry service available

Used to live in Caton Dr back in 2009. Mrs. Debby was the apartments manager at the time. She was kind and pleasant woman. Great memories!

I Currently Live in these apartments now and it’s terrible , maintenance never do their job , emergency maintenance never answers the phone . My apartment is constantly flooding to my kitchen and bathroom sink , to my toilet and even my bathroom tub floods with this black water and it smells bad. I no longer want to live in these apartments. These apartments are highly unprofessional and I feel it doesn’t meet the standards for people to live here. It’s nice on the outside but once you move in you see the truth . I loved my apartment but now I hate and want to move .

The laundry rooms are disgusting from the tenants (not all because Ive had to use a few different ones and I’ve had to clean the laundry room my self several times). Garbage everywhere from the tenants (I’ve seen tenant encourage their young to leave garbage by the bushes). Bugs are always a problem. and apartments are outdated. Old management was terrible let’s see how new one goes.
