The thing that makes this property five stars are the people. The staff in the office knew me and my dog by name from day one. The maintenance staff is warm and welcoming and always waves. Great neighbors that say hi and are quiet. If you ever have the slightest issue with anything they are all ready and willing to help with a smile! The location is great! 10 minutes from everywhere! It is not a new apartment complex but that just means that the walls aren’t paper thin!

I travel for work. When I tell you the management team made me feel like I was home it won me over. I came in for a tour and the property was so clean and the landscape was on point. They have a lot of amenities as well. They also have different things for the community so they can get involved. Brittany is awesome she showed me different floor plans and was very patient with me. Jennifer is the GOAT of property managers. She is transparent and all about her business. Once I moved in Alexia helped me get set up on the new portal. Once I turned in my move in checklist and got back to my apartment it wasn’t literally an hour and maintenance was knocking on the door. This team is amazing and I’m glad I came by for a tour now I can call this home while I’m here working. ☺️

I am relocating to North Carolina early next year. I took a tour of the property with Brittney who took great pains to make sure that my tour was thorough, all of questions addressed and very professional. Brittney’s ability to clearly explain all of the features of the Springfield Apartments was truly exceptional. The Apartments are well maintained and good value for the money. It is a place that I will feel very comfortable living as a single woman. Highly recommend this property.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Springfield Apartment Home ! The management team is always friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the property is always clean and well-kept. The amenities are fantastic from the fitness center and pool to the beautiful common areas everything is top-notch. The community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. I highly recommend Springfield Apartments Home to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and well-managed place to live. Definitely a 5-star experience!

My previous review I gave 4 stars and was happy with my move here. However, after being here longer some things are very concerning. Waking up to no water, and seeing an email saying that the water over the entire complex is going to be off due to a leakage for SEVEN hours. I’ve never heard of anything like that ever. Then this is the second month that I’ve noticed my rent is continuously increasing for who knows what, on top of them going under new management so now when paying rent online it’s a $36 “convenience” fee. Let’s just say, the way things are going I can’t see myself staying here another year.
