Springburne at Polaris Apartments

Just stopped in to check out possibly moving there and Malinda was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and great communication. She showed me the model and explained everything about the community. Prices and sizes of apartments were very reasonable. Hoping to move there in 2026!

Since I arrived in this community, I,ve felt very comfortable. It`s a very quiet place to live, the homes are well-equipped and fully equipped and fully equipped, centrally located with everything nearby, and quick access to the highway. And the staff is very attentive.

I went to go visit a family member and none of the sidewalks are shoveled. You can not get to the back to the apartments. The apartment complex is not plowed. When I called the office person Melinda hung up on me and said it wasn’t her concern. What a joke.

I met with Melinda the day after I enquired about the apartment. The office staff was very friendly. Melinda knew who I was as soon as I introduced myself. She made me feel very welcome. Although I did not have an appointment, she gave me a tour anyway. She emailed me afterwards and invited me to apply. She has stayed in touch with me and walked me through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone who is new to or familiar with apartment hunting! I would give 💯 stars if possible!

I have loved living here. The management is great and maintenance is very fast and efficient. wish people were better about cleaning up after their dogs. Really have to watch where you step in the grassy areas.
