Springbrook Village

I lived here for my first apartment, and overall it was a decent experience. The management team was always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed something — I really appreciated that. The area itself wasn’t the best, and unfortunately there were multiple car break-ins during my time there, including mine. That was definitely the biggest downside. I would recommend being cautious and taking extra security precautions if you choose to live here. There aren’t many amenities, but the units are spacious for the price, which is a big plus if you’re looking for something affordable with good room. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with solid management and decent space, this could be a good fit — just be aware of the surrounding area.

Terrible management, maintenance not great or even good. Mold!! Rates go up up up all the time time time. Some good neighbors, but overall , cops frequently arrive on scene weekly. Not safe for person or property. No real amenities to speak of.

BEST apartments I have ever lived in. Initially, I chose these for the price as well as feel. The complex is not too small or large, rather designed to feel more like a community than a stack of boxes. The apartment's are nice, spacious and extremely reasonably priced. For me the selling point was all this, coupled with a home-y (NOT A BOX) vibe and wonderful staff members. Safe neighborhood, no cops unless an oddity (chasing two men from a nearby area, they weren't dangerous) and generally people keep to themselves. Very pretty trees, plants and squirrels galore! Internet & electric are paid by resident. The water is paid for based on how many residents are in the apartment, fair and low priced. Sewage & garbage is paid for and really taken care of, never had an overflowing trash issue. M

Caution: This Springbrook Village Apartment complex hired Pacific Parking Enforcement to cite any visitors and/ or family you may have that arrives, after office hours. They charged us $108.50 for parking our car and parking it in reverse( to unload )and visit family. And not only did they issue a ticket, but the first time we even knew about the ticket and the "infraction" is when we arrived at the Towing company and THEY handed it to us. So not only did we not even have a chance to see the ticket and move our vehicle, we walked out to the parking lot in the morning and thought our car had been stolen. Pacific Parking enforcement called Retriever Towing who charged us $437( for less than 12 hours at the tow yard) . "Retriever Towing" stated they charge the maximum towing fee allowed by th

Horrible. Your car will get towed. And they'll evict you if your 200$ short one month. 4 months later UPDATE, still absolutely horrible apartment management, outright mean, and make sure they can pretend they're not responsible for when your car gets towed by the evil tow company who patrol here, made it so they contracted out they're parking lot to the tow company so the management who you pay for your parking is not responsible and don't have any say over whether or not you were legitimately parked or not, if your sticker falls off, you'll get towed, even of its Christmas eve.
