Springbrook Park Apartments

unfortunately the renters currently at this apartment complex are very loud and problematic. at least 2 to 3 times a week we've had to call the police in the middle of the night due to excessively loud music, arguing and dangerously speeding up and down the parking lot. It is not a pleasant place to live and makes you consider if you can afford a few hundred more it would definitely be worth it. this place is a perfect example of the saying, " you get what you pay for"... It is very frustrating to have to consider moving out just because of the disturbance caused by the rest of the tenants. this place needs to change their management to one that takes more care to who they are renting to

Loud at night,transactions take place . Not good environment for small kids. Even times I've called the cops while hearing people fighting,seeing someone get jumped bad,still nothing happens. Needs new management bad. Someone who will clean up the mess there and make it a decent and safe place to live.

Great Place!!! Mary at the Office is very helpful and attentive. Robert in Maintenance is very helpful as well.

these apts are verey poor taken care of I stay in them an the management is so unprofessional no kind of up gade an when you complain about disturbing neighbors they don't do anything about it would not recamen moving in this complex real talk!!!!!!!
