Spring Valley

Without properly investigating what happened, I received a violation for having a conversation with a young boys’ mother who put his hands on my daughter. I guess whoever goes to file a grievance first is without repercussions. When this should be a community where my child should be free to play where ever without no-one touching her. The little boys’ mom lacks accountability and chose to violate me falsely to deflect saying i harassed her son when i dont speak to nobody child but my own kid..now i have to schedule a meeting (which is backwards) to lift this false violation..imagine being threatened to get evicted when my child was a victim. She dont play fight, wrestle, or hit anyone. She a quiet kid jeez! She follows kids at the playground thats her little weird way of feeling included

Pretty good place to live as long as you stay to yourself and mind your business. They are very helpful in the office, some neighbors show light favoritism but it's best to keep to yourself, most people are quiet and everyone is respectful.

I left four stars, i don't reside but have been on the list since march of 2023, i was out of town when originally applied, the hotel i stayed at did not allow incoming mail so our mail was sent to a church, i got taken off the list for not receiving update letter when i reached out and explained i was told to reapply in which i done in August of 2023. So I was added back then supposedly. I called to check my status on list about 4 months ago only to be told i wasn't on the list. I tried explaining situation, she looked and said i was removed in march due to update letter non response. I explained i had reapplied, she claims she looked but i had been removed and that she didn't see my application, but yet she had my address for murfreesboro on file, which contradicts her saying she don't s

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! They care for NO ONE but themselves!!! They are very disrespectful!!! The people in the office JENNIFER is horrible, she is rude as hell

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I'm order to leave a review I "had" to leave a start. Personally I wouldn't even rate it 1 little start! Where do I even begin with this place! The worst!!! As if the maintenance men barely knocking for a "warning" to enter and then ENTERING when we were taking a nap wasn't bad enough, my car was shot I'm the parking lot and they basically told me it wasn't their problem, also we put some things by the dumpster and now I'm not getting my security deposit back!! Not ONE TIME DID THEY EVER SAY WE COULDNT LEAVE STUFF AT THE DUMPSTER!!! Now in order to even get another place I'll have to pay this BOGUS charge!
