Spring Meadows

I've had friends rent from here. It is definitely not a meadow by any sense of the imagination. I inquired about getting a place here, and have left multiple voicemails, and still received no response. Very unprofessional management from this experience and some of the horror stories I've heard from past tenants. If this isn't a huge red flag, I have no idea what would be. I'm glad God didn't let me rent this place. Oftentimes it looks like the dumpster gets changed once a month, or every other month.

I have lived in spring meadows for 2 years. During this time the complex has failed to mow the lawn until the grass is exceeding 12-14 inches. The complex does not cover any utilities except trash pickup. They provide two very tiny dumpsters that are always over flowing 4 out of 7 days a week. They hand out reminder flyers to make sure that trash goes into the dumpsters or they will fine you $30 a day. The office lady Jackie has admitted that the owners do not care about its residents. They only care about the money. This has been shown each year with a $30 increase in rent. Since I started here I am paying $60 more a month. Every landlord I've had prior to Spring meadows increased my rent $5 a year which is reasonable. Spring meadows feels that the lack of services they claim to provide i

There are flop houses here because of the corrections facility nearby and many residents take no pride in their homes. There is trash on the grounds and the dumpsters fill up fast because few people recycle and toss everything from couchec televisions. Shift workers come and go at all hours and set off their car alarm lock systems non-stop. There is little consideration for other residents.

This is just my opinion but don’t rent here not if you want to be happy it cost to much buy the time you fix and buy things that need fixing and that’s just the good things

We've lived here for about 2 years now. Maintenance is always pretty quick to come around if something needs to be fixed.
