Let me start by saying this is one of the worst places I’ve ever rented at from the time we moved in there were maintenance issues that should’ve been rectified before we moved in so we end up moving in with no air-conditioning then they told us that the garbage is all the way around the corner so every time you have to to take your garbage out you have to walk all the way around the corner then on top of it they’ve overcharged us on multiple occasions. The property manager Norma is so dizzy. Everyone in the building has issues with her. The property is great, small kitchen but decent. Maintenance is awesome, truly great people. My problem is with the management. They are terrible with responding in an appropriate time frame and haven't given us a deposit back and when asked about it they claim they don't have bank information. They have had a month to ask us for this after we have asked multiple times about our deposit and they have never once reached out to us. They also never contacted one of my roommates or answered their messages or questions. We are frustrated with the lack of professionalism and communication.
