Spring Lake

Mrs. Tyresha was a BLESSING to work with to secure my new apartment. I recently moved into Spring Lake Apartments after moving from Downtown Orlando, FL. The ENTIRE leasing staff made me feel more than welcomed, answered all the questions I had, & they were super quick to respond to my emails & maintenance requests. The apartment complex itself is very beautiful, well maintained including the grassy areas, and the noise in the complex is very low.

We had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Brandi while going through the new apartment process from application to move-in. She was awesome—very patient, professional, and helpful every step of the way. The entire process was seamless from the Spring Lake side, which made the transition so much easier especially since we were going through this process while in a different state hundreds of miles away. I recently toured Spring Lake and was genuinely impressed with the experience. Christian was friendly, professional, and well-informed. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided helpful insights into the community and leasing process. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The finishes were modern, with stainless steel appliances, updated flooring, and spacious closets. I appreciated that everything seemed in working order—no noticeable damages, odors, or maintenance issues. Common areas like the gym, pool, and clubhouse were also in great condition and gave the impression that the property is well-managed. This is such a beautiful property. I wanted to take the time to compliment the entire staff but one in particular Christian is a shining star. Her sweet and kind demeanor helped ease any hesitation with my search for a new home. Christian was personable but remained professional throughout, making me feel like I wasn’t just a sale to her. That warmth within her made me want to quickly seal the deal. This will soon be my NEW home!!
