We had a tour scheduled for a rental with Nizar Baaguig who not only did not show up but also didn’t call back for an hour. When we spoke with the property management front office they didn’t offer to assist in any way or attempt to reach Nizar which was surprising. When we finally got ahold of Nizar, he did apologize profusely and then gave us a code to view the home. We drove back thirty minutes to the property and the code was wrong. We still couldn’t get in touch with Nizar, so we finally gave up. If you’re renting out your home to this company, don’t expect that they will work hard on your behalf to fill it with interested parties.
