Ms. Dee is amazing!!! She gave me the best tour and answered all of my questions. She has been a great help throughout this whole process. I was trying to figure out what to do with my bonus room and she even helped me with that! I can’t wait to move in next month!

I am very disappointed and frustrated with how the early lease termination process was handled. I was given minimal, unclear, and what I believe to be misleading information about my financial obligations at the time of termination. As a result, I now owe nearly double what I otherwise would have. Attempting to find solutions has been extremely difficult and has placed significant strain on my family.

I feel misled and misinformed by the management staff, and as a result, we now owe twice the amount we otherwise would have for breaking our lease due to factors outside of our control. They have NOT offered any reasonable solutions, and I am extremely disappointed in Springhill Apartments.

I recently toured Spring Hill Townhomes with Dee, and it was a wonderful experience. Dee was very polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The tour itself was amazing, the townhomes are spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I left with a great impression of both the property and the customer service.
