Just moved in and I have to say, Robin the property manager is amazing!! In fact, the entire staff has been extremely pleasant and professional. When trying to decide between many rentals in the area, their professionalism and courtesy, and willingness to help me in any way was definitely the deciding factor in my choosing Spring Garden in Summit as my new home. I find moving to be a very stressful experience, so having people like the staff at Spring Garden walk me through the process and be so accommodating was a game changer!!

This place has gone down hill. Been here 10+ years and have seen a drastic change. My bedroom ceiling has leaked 3 times, not a minor leak, an all out Niagara falls leak. They never fixed the issue. Just patched it and it happened a few months later. They just use cheat solutions. They hire immigrants who do not speak english to fix the problems (no I'm not racist but prefer legal labor) and the one guy couldn't understand me telling him not to leave my window open so my cat couldn't get out. Had to stay home from an appointment to babysit him while he worked on my apartment so my cat would not escape. The staff is rude, they openly discuss people, I've called 4 times now to have the hallway lights kept on after dark. Guess what, they aren't on. I've had guest come over and I had to use

Used to be a good place but maintenance is extremely petty, will call the cops on you just to start problems. They have electric problems and I've had to replace my fridge 4 times going on 5 because all the sudden everything just freezes. There's never parking spots and they'll call the cops on you for parking in the back or by the recycling because you can't find a spot. If you get home past 9:30 you will not find a spot. They majorly changed pet policies so if your dog is over 35 pounds don't even bother. Also can't have anything but cats or dogs, no birds no snakes not even fish. There's much better places and if you want your child in the summit high school, you're out of luck because they use new providence high.

Made an appointment for tour on Saturday morning. I drove 1.5 hours over and nobody showed up. Calling the office took me over 10min to speak to a real person. After that, still no one showed up. Thanks for your no service.

I've been here for almost a year and a half and I must say I really don't have any complaints . Normally, if I have an issue, they come in a timely manner and they even give you a call if they're running late.
