Just a heads up in case anybody stumbles on patio village on Zillow and says apartment this name at same address as spring gardens there is a one bedroom available no there is not No idea what generated this listing it is bogus Once I saw the same address for patio village and spring garden I tried to email text and left a phone message reach somebody I called the end of the day no they're not any vacancies I was told there was a 2 to 3 year waiting list at spring gardens I asked if they were aware of the listing on Zillow and the lady who asked the phone said yes we're aware of this and then laughed. I don't think that's simply trying to find housing
