Spring Garden Apartments

It seems like they keep up on the ground maintenance around there. But as far as the area and the living conditions are not degrade when things are broken around there, it aint take forever to fix it, or they quick fix it and they don't replace it. I know, but nothing brand new inside of places, unless it's totally up. Unfixable, witches, it's crazy where things should just be replaced when it's time to replace, and it's like a key fixing something to hold together, they'll last longer. We're knowing that's the thing you should have been thrown away 10 years ago. I'll replace 10 years ago, but as far as And then mm mm, hmm, as far as the area goes in that neighborhood, there's a lot of crime. It's not the best place to raise your children that I aint saying you can't raise your kids there

Spring Gardens Apartments is a good place to live if you are serious about making multicultural living. They do not tolerate illegal drugs or damging of the property. The community helps each other. The location is on the bus line. Everything is included in the rent. They have 24-hour security guards on the premises.

My father and I lived at Spring Garden Apartments for a little over two decades. I moved out for a year and came back due to the decline of my father’s health. I applied to get put back onto the lease, he passed away before the application could be approved. From there, the office told me that I had to have his stuff out in 6 days and that they would send his security deposit along with the prorated rent for the month of December. They sent the remaining balance to the very apartment that I had to move out of in January and I’m just now getting the security deposit this month. The fees were taken out which is understandable but they never gave me back my portion of the rent for the month of December. The community is great. The amenities and prices are reasonable. And the office staff are very prompt and professional. Safe place to live

Doesn't allow pets parking is terrible as far as visitors an ft the apartments need to be renovated
