Horrible Apartments!!!!. I currently live in spring Creek apartments been here for 6 years. Every single apartment is infested with cocoroaches. 🚨 DO NOT MOVE HERE !!🚨 The manager Cynthia is never in the office , she always has her kids in the office , very unprofessional. She tried to illegally evict me giving me a verbal 3 day notice and wanted me to give her my keys to move out immediately. I had to get a lawyer. She then got scared and told me I could stay. I am currently paying lawyer fees and looking for a better home. The maintenance man doesn't like to get involved(probably scared) , the maintenance lady is very rude and doesn't clean anything. She is always on her phone or talking to the tenants never cleaning. Nothing ever gets fixed. I had a huge mold problem and a giant water

DO NOT LIVE HERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!⚠️⚠️ they have roaches and some one broke into my moms car and they steal clothes from the laundry. I do not recommend this place at all the girl that brooms the floor doesn’t do it at all she stands and talks on the phone or chills in her garage the manager is always gone and just leaves her office to stay and she don’t have cameras and her workers don’t fix things they broke our pipe and we had no water for 6 hours also they often have water shortages a LOT!😮‍💨 So I do NOT! Recommend this place ty and goodbye:)👊🏻

The leasing agent does not know how to do her job ! One day she says one thing then she makes changes without giving a notice. The lights outside the apartments don't ever work always leaks of water everywhere. Shes never In the office , even if u try and call ahead no answer through the phone. Definitely do not recommend renting here unless they change the leasing agent.

I wouldn’t recommend even considering moving here. There’s many roach infestations and there doesn’t seem to be any action to get rid of it, I’ve heard and experienced many crimes such as people breaking into cars. My mother got her car broken into recently and following that they have 0…ZERO Surveillance cameras and this place seems very unsafe and unsettling at times, this probably has something to do with the lack of cameras and security. The front gate doesn’t even work, allowing random people to enter the complex at all times. Very unsafe. The manager and workers here aren’t the most welcoming and are very problematic/judgmental looking. Do not. Move here.
