Spring Creek Apartments

My mom has been living on this property for over 10 years and since they decided to switch to a company for billing earlier this year her water/sewer bill has spiked up $80 on 2 different occasions and the service period shows 4 months prior to the current date! I was told by one staff member the 1st time it happened that they found out other tenants had washing machines and weren't supposed to and they would find out who it was but clearly that has not happened! When addressed just now she's told they can't do anything about it and it's in her lease that she has to pay the water with the rent so basically she has to suffer because of what someone else is doing! She's on a fixed income and can't afford this to keep happening! The staff is very nonchalant and showed no concern. BEWARE! UPD

I lived at Spring Creek for almost 2 years and I wish I could have stayed longer ..it was the best complex I ever lived in ..No trouble, no roaches , no rats , so I don't know where the comment about those things could have came from . . I would definitely tell others to move there ..if life hadn't thrown me a curve ball I would still be there . Only bad thing I can say is that they didn't want me to renew my lease ..I was looking forward to being there for a few years because I truly loved it .. Cried when I had to leave ... I had a few financial problems which happens in life with the way the economy and everything else going on ..it was a very nice comfortable place

This is going to be a long review. The apartments are decent. They do not have any extra amenities, but they are much cheaper than the surrounding areas as they are income restricted. I haven't had the issue of rats or roaches as some others have mentioned. However, management has been trash my entire stay here. When I signed the lease, I was told that rent could be dropped off at the office or put in a drop box on either Spring Creek or the Hampton Creek location. I put my rent in the SC drop box on the first because it was convenient to just walk across the parking lot. On the fifth, I received a notice on my door that rent had not been paid. I called the office swiftly! No answers or updates throughout the whole process. I had to continue to call and leave voicemails to figure out what

I have been a resident at the Spring Creek Apartments for about six years. I moved from a one bedroom downstairs to a two bedroom upstairs. Although I may have my issues with certain neighbors during my years here, overall, I will continue to give Spring Creek 5 stars. I like the fact that you can treat your stay here like home. Because that's what it is. There's a lot of diversity here both in races and occupations. My son who often visits likes the balcony and the fact that your conversations in your apartment is not heard in others. And a major plus continues to be maintenance. Especially since Tina became supervisor. I can always count on her to address your maintenance issues and is prompt to resolve any problems.
