Spring Branch Gardens

Guys drinking in parking lot and leaving GLASS BEER BOTTLES SHATTERED in grass, street and parking lots. Back in January my dog had his paw CUT and had to get stitches due to glass. Reported to On site manager and she refuses to do anything about on going issues. Claims she has no jurisdiction and tenants don’t care. These apts just get more and more ghetto. These guys are out there drinking day after day and cops refuse to come out. Manager is very lazy, always opening up laundry room late in the afternoon, doesn’t report anything the tenants complain about to property owner/management. We pay all this money to be half ass accommodated just cause she chooses to be ignorant to problems

I'm happy living in spring branch garden apts. I been living here for 10 years Manager is very nice and help full, whenever I'm in need for maintenance the maintenance is fast and good to fix my issue. I love my 2 bedroom apartment its very spacious.And every thing is so convenient. I recommend if you ask me. My kids School is right next to us 0 seconds away

Just moved in and the apartment is in great condition, everything works perfect. The customer service was excellent. Thanks Nilsa for making the process smooth and hassle free.

I've been living here for about 9 months now apartment manager has always answered all questions and concerns and if anything is needing maintenance it's fixed that same day I love living here.
