Customer Reviews
I have several complaints about this apartment complex. Recently I was parked in a spot that is not marked as a no parking zone and where many people frequently park. While I was parking in this spot my car was towed. I then missed work because I did not have my car. The next day I had to pay $220 just to get my car back from A1 towing. I spoke to management about this issue and they had no solutions or suggestions. If cars are going to be towed and charged a large fine for parking in certain spots these spots need to be marked. 0/10 would not recommend. As managements response to this review highlights they were not helpful in dealing with this issue. The parking notice that was sent in December was about a person parking in a reserved spot (which I was not). There are however several te
I’ve lived here since 2020 and all was mostly well until a few months ago. Virtually every day my home fills with the smell of marijuana. It is currently 10:40pm and all I can smell is marijuana from one of my neighbors. My wife and I have tried reporting this to management multiple times and they’ve done nothing. I don’t want someone evicted I just don’t want my work clothes and linens to smell like I spent the night hotboxing in my car. I’m making this review because management hasn’t done anything and I want to warn others. If you’re looking for a place with a strict no drugs or smoking policy then you’re gonna have to look elsewhere. Nothing gets done here and you just have to wait out your lease, get woken up in the middle of the night, and have a funky place/clothes.
Don’t rent never ever on this apartments complex, always dirty everywhere, no security at all, management staff very unprofessional. They charge me more than $2170 + $400 extra just because I leave my apartment early alleging I leave “dirty” and that’s not true. Most bad renting experience ever. I received the apartment with broken things and they charge me on the final bill avoiding deposit return. NEVER EVER RENT THERE!
So far this place is not it! I just moved in and already having issues with spiders, SPIDERS AND MORE SPIDERS! I’m pregnant and soon to have my baby any day now and they put me in a place where there are constant spiders. I swear if my baby is bit by a spider I am going to lose my mind and I will be getting a lawyer because before I moved in the girl hazel showing me the apartment told me “let us know if you have an issue with spiders” as if she knew this apartment was infested with them! And told me “oh I thought like a mother when It came to putting you in this apartment” like do you want my child to get bit by a spider? They just sprayed Tuesday and it’s Sunday morning and I just seen a spider crawling down my bathroom mirror. I will be calling the office Monday morning because someth
Update: The package situation is worse, we need twice as many package lockers so they're not just left out in the elements. Yall also love to close the office early without informing the community. Run of the mill, low budget apartments. Cars get broken into each weekend. Kids scream like bloody murder every day. Dog poop in all grass makes great fertilizer at least. Pool is full of kids without adults so you get to watch em bully the younger ones. Took forever to open the pool too. Office is closing early every week, package theft led to lockers that go down on the regular. Gotta look 3 times before crossing with how people speed through. Used to be a good place to live a few years ago. Now with the inside turmoil and development on 72nd st. It's just stress for too much money and too li
