Spigro Management LLC

This management company is despicable. The staff is rude and lies about service personnel being sent for requested repairs and no one arrives. I am in need of an electrician and other repairs due to a shabby slap together. Appliances are in poor shape.I have broken windows, torn screens, mold, roaches and the protein stained toilet seat from the last tenant. I had to call the city because I couldn't bathe due to a clogged tub and management called to threaten me. That's illegal. These pictures show mold in the windows. The window with the screw almost fell on me. Here's painting after mold treatments, brown water from the tub faucet and leaks, a propped up stove that doesn't open fully and how I have to prop up my baked goods. I have asked numerous times for a smaller stove. And, to top it

Saul refuses to respond to emails about resident safety at a property he took over and has been running into the ground. Tenants are literally being followed into buildings by non-residents who are soliciting them for money. When asked what Saul will do about it, he tries to get you to take a phone call to discuss it so he can bully you and have no record of it. Additionally, it took Saul 5 days to say he wouldn’t respond. Fires are breaking out in apartments, elevators are inoperable, landscaping is non-existent. It’s embarrassing, unsafe, and unethical.

If I could give (- NEGATIVE 10 I would) Spigro Management LLC Saul Friedman Property Management and team have been rude, unreliable and tell lies. They took over our previous Property management company and to hear them tell it they were the worst and they are the best. He is good at tell what other company didn't do to make them selfsame appear as if they are doing great things. For over 14 years I have never had any real issues. However my first encouter with Spigro Management was with their rude staff when I call to complain about drain backed up on balcony. We made appointments I sat at home waiting not once , not twice , three times. They gave excuses why they did come, call or email they where not coming. There gave been multiple reasons I don't, trust or believe them. The biggest is

Terrible company , they are so rude and nasty and they try so many illegal stuff. do not rent or buy with these people THEY are liars and should be shut down
