these apartments are the reason they can’t keep residents. it feels like a complete scam. rent increases every single year, yet nothing ever gets fixed. maintenance requests go ignored, and when something does get “repaired,” it’s half-done or temporary. they constantly try to pressure you into re-signing your lease early, but once they have you locked in, good luck getting help. the office is almost never open, phones rarely get answered, and communication is terrible overall. the property managers have nasty, unprofessional attitudes and act like residents are an inconvenience instead of paying customers. on top of that, charges on the account are often questionable and feel overpriced or incorrect. the air conditioners and heaters work when they feel like it, which is unacceptable. t

This place is ridiculous where do I start... They go up$10 every year on rent, no amenities for the rent amount you're paying, don't have enough maintenance guys, no pool or basketball goal for the kids just one little baby playground! Don't even waste your time.
