Unfortunately, I didn’t have a positive experience with Hooman. At first, he seemed knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. But in just a few months, I realized the deal he arranged for me was very unfavorable. My first loan with him had very high closing costs, and the refinance, done only a few months later for just a small drop in the interest rate, had extremely higher closing costs which I now know is highly unusual. The refinance was not financially beneficial and put me in a worse financial situation. Hooman is confident and persuasive, so I would advise anyone to check all details carefully and get a second opinion before agreeing to any loan.
