Spectrum Title Services, LLC

Just hung up with Ginna Velasquez from Spectrum Title who literally told me that I was not a priority for her and that she was too busy to send documents that I have been requesting for weeks; documents that just need to be attached to an email (title commitment and lien search). I've been in the title industry myself for over 15 years and there is nothing worse than being told you are not a priority. Terrible customer service with a very moody "director of operations". Even in answering the phone you can feel the bad vibes and how it bothers to receive a phone call. Unfortunaly had to leave 1 star to leave this review. If there is no value provided to your customers, how can you expect to be valued?

The absolute best title company in Florida hands down. If you are buying or selling, this is who you want!
