CHRIS at Spectra Associates property management has been managing my building for quite some time and the service has been consistently outstanding. He responds immediately to calls, emails and any issues that arise. It is rare to find a property manager who is both accessible and genuinely proactive , but CHRIS truly sets the standards. He works with excellent service providers who are reliable and professional, ensuring that any problem is handled quickly and correctly the first time. I live in a Condo property that Chris manages. I have had to contact Chris on many occasions. It has amazed me how quickly I hear back. One example is, I sent a text to Chris about a major water leak in the hallway of my apartment. Everyone was helpful at Spectra including Owner, Sasoon and Property Manager, Christopher and Judith in Accounting. Judith helped me set up autopay as well as make one time payments. Chris quickly sent me my requested annual statement and Sasoon was able to schedule maintenance for repair.

I am sorry but the management in 65 N Allen Ave Pasadena, CA is very poor. We have been without washing machines for 2 days on the 2nd floor, I don't know of the rest.

Everyone in Spectra are amazing and helpful. It is breath of fresh air when you walk in to there office and Everyone is smiling and ready to help, it makes you feel like that you are importent. Even the owner is ready to help, specialy Judith at accounthing, is always willing and ready to answer any questions, she is very knowledgeable. Thank you guys.
