I just want to give a huge thank you to the Chace & AJ (our maintenance guys) who helped my husband & I shovel out our cars this afternoon. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did, and it made such a difference for us. Their kindness, hard work, and positive attitude really stood out, especially in freezing conditions. We’re so grateful to have a maintenance team that genuinely cares about the residents. This kind of help doesn’t go unnoticed and is truly appreciated. Thank you guys for all that you do for us- no matter the season! ❤️ Ps. Corporate- please get these guys a snow blower to help efficiency & get them home safe and warm! -Kim & Matt

It won’t let me add another review so I’m updating this one. After 2 months of living here, I can honestly say The Office and Maintenance are beyond amazing!! I have lived in a multi apartment building before smaller than here, and NEVER got responses or problems resolved as quick as we do here!! Special shout out to AJ & Chase for their hard work cleaning up the lots and walkways after we just got buried in snow!! Please please get them a heavy duty snowblower though, they need it!!! I cannot thank AJ the maintenance manager enough for all he has done for us in our first week there! He is truly amazing and deserves a big raise! He goes above and beyond always!!

Having lived at Cordis/Spark for 12 years now, the maintenance team here is top notch. Chase was here for my request within 24º and everything was done perfectly. Thank you.

I just moved into a townhome at Spark Millbury last month and it has been a great experience. I love the town of Millbury and enjoy being within walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store, and a barber shop. I also love my apartment! The exposed brick and rustic feel of the space is exactly what I was looking for! My apartment has above averages finishes compared to other apartments I have lived in. The community areas are always clean and neat, and the pool has been great during the heat wave we are experiencing here in Central Mass. I would recommend renting in this apartment building.

Horrible!!! Over past few years place has gone down hill. Nobody’s ever in the leasing office and property managers change more often than they change the trash bags in their “dog park”..which is really a 10’x10’ fence behind the dumpster. This year they opened the pool after the Fourth of July even though when they give the tours they’ll tell you it’s open by Memorial Day. It also gets cleaned once a month and wouldn’t swim in it unless you’re dying to swim with bugs and bacteria. They are for sure a pet friendly place they don’t care if your animal pees, poops, or vomits in the hallway. In fact they’ll leave it there for display. With the change in management they must have forgotten there located next to a canal and might want pest control with the amount of rats you’ll see, this might
