Spanish Village Apartments

I moved in and the office Manager is so helpful my shower did not work and they came out and fixed it ASAP I have enjoyed living here no problems quiet and safe the apartments are big and spacious really nice and they have a great deal right now

Told me they had some “special going on “ NO APPLICATION FEE OR ADMIN FEE TO PAY . SAID THEY DO 2ND CHANCE LEASING IN THE APARTMENTS OF COURSE I TOLD BEFOREHAND ABOUT MY BACKGROUND WAS TOLD THEY COULD WORK WITH ME TO BRING IN MONEY ORDER FOR $299 THEY WOULD HAVE SOMETHING FOR TODAY 10/3/25, BUT NOW SAYING SHE CANT WORK WITH BG AFTER TAKING MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS

Terrible managers, very rude and disrespectful, they unfairly kick people out, they deleted evidence to a case from their cameras, bed bugs are atrocious, maintenance is poorly done, as an example there was mold on my wall and instead of cleaning it they painted over it, half of the plugs don’t work, unsanitary living spaces, the office managers live on the property. They don’t properly clean the unit before someone moves in. Wouldn’t recommend living here if this was the last place to live on earth. I hope it gets shut down.

Horrible service infested with roaches . They do not keep up with maintenance when people call. The manager needs to do a lot better and the management need to stop lying and setting people up...I wouldn't recommend people to move there at all the rent is to high even tho they don't fix anything

I applied for these apartments back in May,they can't find my application or my application fee,I was never on the list they say,the manager in the office is rude. They took my application fee and threw away my application,they nasty and unprofessional and I'm glad I didn't move there.
