Excellent apartment complex with even better property staff. Kesaundra is simply great; she is always cheerful and brightens the day, making the process a breeze. Since I moved here, I've only had positive feelings about my new house. My son adores his first ever room. I adore having my own personal patio, where my son can play with my dog without fear of harm. I also met the property manager, Jessica, and she was all smiles. I am pleased to call Spanish Trace Home.

I can’t say enough good things about living here! From day one, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The maintenance team is incredibly fast and reliable. Every request is handled quickly and professionally. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Everyone is so sweet and genuinely cares. I’ve never had a relationship with leasing agents like I do here. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Not just as a resident, but like part of a family. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such warmth and respect. Another huge plus is the location! It’s walking distance from everything—stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. It truly makes everyday life so convenient. I’m so grateful to call this place home!

Been here going on a year and have nothing negative to say. The neighborhood is peaceful and any problems or questions the office team and maintenance has been awesome with handling whatever. Highly recommended!!

I'm upset. I don't like how often they come in to your apartment for inspections. We're not in the projects, we're not on section 8. We pay too much money for you guys to continuously come into our apartments. Respect our privacy.
