It snowed on Sunday. Late afternoon when the snow was half melted, Spaeth came to blow the the snow off with a cordless blower… but how do you blow the snow when the snow was already wet and melted… in fact that sleet was turning into ice by the time they came to do the job. It was so late in the day, the temperatures were already dropping, so nothing was happening other than that turning into ice. Day two on Monday morning, I left at 10am, and the side walks were completely icy in the back, which is how I get to the parking lot. Back parking lot was also icy. I came back at 4, and nothing had been touched all day. The sheet of ice still remains on the side walks. Just like previous posts state, this management company has zero business managing anything. How they treat people is beyond a zero star. Any issues I have ever had are minimally followed up on and if you say/do anything they do not agree with, you will be fined. They steal money with tiny fees, incur charges and set rules with only a days notice to comply or fine you. Any questions/attempts to understand their billing is met with “call our lawyer”. Their lawyer, Steven Reilly, is Unprofessional as well. Never follows up on calls and precedes to bill you (just like spaeth) even if you have attempted to contact him. The property I live in at the moment is unlevel and unsafe after multiple attempts to contact them to fix their shotty work. I was told “that’s how it is supposed to look” 🙄 I w

I’m going to start this out saying I’ve done properly management for over a decade. I understand this is a tough job especially when you’re managing multiple properties. Though that doesn’t excuse laziness or being unprepared. Since this company took over property management at the Brush Hill complex they have done a HORRIBLE job with snow removal. This morning 12/3/25 the sidewalks have not been treated and the parking lot as a whole is a straight sheet of ice. When I did property management I made sure all my properties were treated and the sidewalks were de-iced best as possible first thing in the morning being 1am-4am before people woke up for work. I honestly don’t care what their excuses are that’s literally what we pay them to do, simple. Do better! Another issue not snow related

Spaeth is the property management company of our condo complex over in Ludlow and they are fantastic. Tammy and John are always so attentive, quick to respond, and polite. Any issues we have had at the condo, they have always responded promptly to help address.

Great company, respectful and fast response given to any call. Thank you for making sure my car wasn't blocked in by snow. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
