Worst HOA mgmt company in Brevard county , terrible communication skills, lack of concern for homeowners, the list could go on and on for the poor character represented by this company

Company manages our association. CAM called our Irrigation company and asked what would be the difference in pricing for our two different homes, Cottages versus Townhomes. I have emailed CAM on a response on why he would ask this question. I have not received a reply. Additionally I asked the Management company themselves and still have not received a reply on why this happened. I was in charge of irrigation and a board member and I myself do not know why this happened. It would seem to me if the Covenants read its equal why would that question even be asked. If I could give this company a zero I would. I have been in the rental unit over a month. It took three weeks to get my mailbox assignment, and I had to get it when I finally caught the mailman. In the meantime, my bills were piling up Because I could not get to them. If you ask two different people in this company, anything via email or via phone, if you can ever get them on the phone, you will get two different answers. Their answer is always to come down to the office and then once you’re there, they add new fees that they did not tell you about and you cannot pay it by cash or Card. So you have to return to the office again and it is ridiculously difficult to get parking in downtown Melbourne. I have tried to get my pool pass for six weeks now and was just told. In the middle of a move I mistook which HOA dues I had paid. 6 months later I recieved a bill from an attorneys office with attorney enforcement fees and past due charges. In 6 months there wasn't a single notice of bill past due or any communication we were behind on our dues and accumulating fees. To not even attempt to collect payment before turning it over to an attorney is ridiculous.

Anyone who says this business is professional is not being truthful. I've been the recipient of 8 unfounded (in my and other neighbors opinion) compliance letters in the 15 years I've been an HOA member. You are non-compliant if your home's appearance is not as spiffy as your neighbor's, (but still in good condition) specially if your neighbor is a former HOA board member. The only feedback one receives is an email stating "we received your response". There is NEVER feedback after fixing the issue. If you write and ask for anything, it takes weeks for a response. They simply collect their fees from the HOA and couldn't care less after receipt. I suggest you avoid this business and any like it. They are getting 1 star only because one cannot post with zero stars.
