We contacted this company after reading positive reviews and had multiple detailed email exchanges that initially seemed promising. Unfortunately, our experience fell apart at the scheduling stage. A walkthrough was scheduled for a specific date and time. The property manager did not arrive, did not notify us she would be late, and did not respond until we reached out multiple times. When she did respond, she had confused our appointment with an unrelated doctor’s appointment and later acknowledged that our walkthrough was never added to her calendar and that she was in another city entirely.
