Sovereign Abstract & Title of McIntosh County

Definitively 5 stars from us. My wife and I closed on two properties last year with Sovereign’s Kasey and team. We had a lot of questions over the details and nobody was ever rude just the opposite, always empathetic. Waited before posting here to be sure everything was truly buttoned up. This was the most friendly & simple closing of many we’ve had in our 25-year marriage…in fact, this was the greatest customer service I’ve witnessed across the Midwest. Sincerely. Great people to work with. Very professional and quick!!! They made our closing a breeze, and we even had complications with legal description, and they steered us in the right direction to get it solved quickly. Would definitely use and recommend this closing company over and over!!!

I’ve done several closings with Sovereign Abstract and Title in Eufaula. They have been very accommodating each and every time. They have been very friendly and courteous each time.

I never even got a chance to close on a property I have because their attorney gave us a horrible runaround. The things their attorney wanted were completely ridiculous and irrelevant. The deal ultimately fell through because of their runaround.

Bought my home 10 hrs ago and just got one of the abstracts, but instead of calling me or mailing it to me for some reason they called one of my neighbors to pickup the abstract! Not 100% sure why they called someone who’s name wasn’t even on the abstract to pick it up but thankfully my neighbors read it and figured out it was my abstract! They are the worst, took me 4 years to the the abstract on my home which by that time your warranty is out so you can’t go back on your warranty deed if there is a problem like there was with mine, thankfully this was just a piece of property that connected to my lots!! I wouldn’t use anyone in Eufaula for closing be safe and use a closing company in OKC OR TULSA you’re better off!
