Southwyck Homes

Purchase of our new home was a disappointing experience. You're promised everything when you initially sign with Southwyck then pretty much ignored. We had to request an initial walk through with the builder weeks after signing. We had a 4 page list of issues and questions. Builder Philip was nice but work did not progress at all. Therefore 2 days before the scheduled closing date he is scrambling to get things completed. Things like all concrete work needed repoured, broken light fixtures, bad toilet, mishung shower door, missing shelves in cabinets, dry wall patch, paint issues, clean the house, doorbell that we can't use, etc... We pushed the closing by 1 day because the people moving into our old house gave us more than a month to move out and that time had expired so we had to close.

I’ve worked with Southwyck Homes since 2021 and have found everyone to be positive, professional, and accommodating. Most recently we’ve had the pleasure to work with Josh Russell, our main office contact person. I look forward to our continued relationship as they continue to grow!
