We needed to move in a hurry.We explained to the rent lady that our lease was ending at the end of May.She said numerous times a unit will be ready in the beginning of June.Around the 3rd.So we paid our deposit and kept going to see if they were working on our unit and each time the apartment was never touched.The blinds were still broken ,the floors were not stripped nothing.So finally 2 days before we had to leave our old home we asked them how much longer on the unit.This lady said they have no control over when units are ready it's the contractor and he says it won't be ready until June 10.Huh !! That's 2 weeks .But before we paid our deposit she said June 3. We would have had to pay for a storage and a hotel for 2 weeks.No no no.But they gave our deposit back quickly and they were pol

mice,mold ,bed bugs, and homeless people living outside . Please if you can’t get a place Southwood apartments is not it.
