The best apartment I have ever lived at! They take care of there complex and the tenants. It a very clean and quiet place to rent and live. Maintenance works done is great and on time. Lots of parking space

Great place to live, a few minutes walk from downtown, 2 pools, recently renovated, and affordable. Shelby has also been an awesome property manager. Always polite and has helped us resolve all our maintenance issues within a week.

I’ve lived here for 2 and a half years and overall it’s been decent. The apartments themselves are very spacious with new fixtures and carpets. It’s in a great location close to downtown. Only downside is that I’ve had to call maintenance several times to fix different appliances or the AC throughout my time here. However, they were quick and courteous. Can’t beat the price.

A great place for both students and families. I have enjoyed my one year stay here as a student with a fast internet speed, quite ambience and beautiful pool. I am looking forward to many more years to come. I got my carpets cleaned at no cost on renewal of my lease and I was totally blown away! The management are always on top of things. Good job!
