We used Southwest Realty when we needed a home rental. We appreciated everything they did for us. Very professional and never had a problem with them regarding maintenance and if we ever had any questions. Would highly recommend them. They rent house that need so much work put into them but never have the proper staff to fix the problems the first time around. Alejandra does not communicate with tenants or employees they play stupid and love to go back and forth. RUN AND RENT/BUY somewhere else. THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY.

I really enjoy living at my house, it's so big and homey! Southwest is always responsive with the Maintenence and everything. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful too. I would try staying with them as long as possible :)

I rented from this company for a year and a half I was only late 1 time in the beginning after that i was always on time even early on my payment. When i moved out I made sure every single thing was repair, every light bulb was replaced, made sure that place was move in ready, patch every hole whether it was a little tiny nail hole or not, painted any blemish over, replace blinds and they ended up still charging me and not giving me an itemized list of what they were charging me for they took $600 of my deposit. From the beginning I had several issues with the home on Vicksburg my water was cold for 2 weeks because they didn't put the handle on right so the hot water wasn't coming out , the furnace leaks gas you can smell it, the doors would come off the hinges from the wood being so old a
