In a recent trip to Naples I had the stressful task of filling out several applications . When I filled out the application that required SouthWest ManagemntI I was immediately put at ease with the help of Michaela who was incredibly thorough and helpful. The application process was extremly stressful since I was from out of state and had very litle time . once I went to the office Michaela immediatly put me at ease . She was very nice and extremly professional and helped me with all my qiestions . It was such a relief to have had her help . the entire office staff was incredibly nice !! Michael Sousa

I am extremely dissatisfied with the maintenance service provided by Southwest Property Management, particularly the actions of our rep for our community. She consistently fails to return calls or follow up on requests, a recurring issue that reflects poorly on the company.
